EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ms. Cloutier blends more than a decade of leadership in business operations and hospitality with a deep commitment to student development and experiential learning. Continuing a 12-year tenure at Paychex, one of the nation’s foremost providers of HR and payroll solutions, Megan spearheads and manages multiple agile development teams and delivers innovative solutions that support thousands of clients nationwide. Her impact and leadership earned her the prestigious Paychex STAR Award, recognizing her as one of the top 30 employees among over 9,000 peers. Cloutier earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sports Marketing from Duquesne University, graduating with honors.
ERIC MEYER

Mr. Meyer brings 8-years of experience as the Founder & CEO of Mclean Meyer, a hospitality and real estate development firm known for its award-winning hotels, restaurants, and luxury properties. Meyer also serves as a Guest Lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His expertise in real estate development, hospitality operations, and education shapes his passion for integrated curriculums that connect students directly to real-world industry practice. Meyer graduated Magna Cum Laude Phi Betta Kappa from the University of Rochester as an Early Business Scholar with a degree in Political Science.

Ms. Davis-Holt draws on her decades of experience as an educator and guidance counselor in the New York State public school system to review Emerging Leader Academies’ academic methodology and daily schedules, ensuring each program delivers a rigorous, engaging, and enriching educational experience.
SUZAN STEELE
PARENT ADVISOR
As an 8-year Board of Education Member and parent of three high-achieving children who have become doctors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs, Ms. Steele enrolled her kids in numerous travel-based enrichment programs—including the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, The Manhattan School of Cinema, and The Global Young Leaders Conference. Drawing on this breadth of experience, she reviews Emerging Leader Academies’ offerings, curriculum, and policies from a parent’s perspective, serving as an advocate for families.
